The mission of High Mountain Youth Project of Lincoln County, New Mexico, is to involve the communities of Lincoln County to provide a comprehensive net for youth experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

The Goals of the High Mountain Youth Project are to help youth be safe, healthy, educated, employed, housed, and self-sufficient.

The High Mountain Youth Project Board of Directors is composed of professional and caring community members who donate their time, efforts, and resources for the good of youth in our communities. The Board is expanding and is currently accepting nominations for 2025-2026.

By 2030, High Mountain Youth Project of Lincoln County, New Mexico will have a high functioning board and staff, increased community involvement and support, financial sustainability, and all components of a comprehensive safety net in place, operating at a high level of service delivery to empower youth experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness to be safe, healthy, educated/employed, housed, and self-sufficient in order to fulfill the Mission of High Mountain Youth Project
